Regardless of the type of program, and regardless of the participant’s goal, our team members who support participants take the time to do a holistic psycho-social assessment and determine the root of the individual’s problem. As an example, an individual who has a goal of quitting smoking or losing weight will not be successful if they have underlying emotional issues or lack support. Those underlying issues must be addressed in order for the participant to successfully accomplish their physical health goals.

While working with participants, we are constantly assessing how the participants’ problems may be a risk or liability for the organization. We are oriented to drive participant’s towards changes that will positively impact the organization’s bottom line. We actively promote our programs to drive utilization then we analyze data and make recommendations for innovation solutions that combat negative trends within the population.
