Workplace Options is the world’s largest integrated employee wellbeing services provider. Service centers in Raleigh, NC, US; Canada, France, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Portugal, Singapore, UAE, and the UK support more than 53 million employees in 78,000 organizations, in over 200 countries and territories. We are a private organization owned by our CEO, Dean Debnam; COO, Alan King; and SVP Mary Ellen Gornick. These individuals are not passive investors but rather executive leaders who are fully committed to and involved in Workplace Options’ daily operations.

Workplace Options was founded in 1982 by three young working mothers frustrated with the experience of not being able to find quality child care for their young children. They started the company with the hope that they could convince businesses to invest in early education as a way to keep employees and we would be able to drive the quality and access of services for all families. Throughout our entire history, Workplace Options has remained completely dedicated to helping organizations support their most valuable assets: their people. Our focus is to make employees’ lives easier, healthier, and more productive. These improvements translate into more efficient workplaces, more engaged employees, and increased company loyalty.
