WHAT IS ALZBETTER?
Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia affect over six million Americans. With over 18 million unpaid caregivers’ statistics just confirms that it greatly affects employee performance and satisfaction.

An AlzBetter Clinical Dementia Specialist performs multiple services, all aimed at helping to reduce family members’ stress and improving the quality of life for everyone involved.
The components of the program are focusing on the caregiver, and include:
- Manuals - Families and the care partners they hire will receive training and education to better understand the disease and are provided customized, timely solutions to the particular needs of each individual.
- Mobile app - Text or email targeted solutions based on assessment results. An application that provides patients medium to track records of their medications. They can select medications from the FDA database and create a new one to track the history and schedule of their medications.
- Support groups – Caregiver support groups throughout the community to help people better cope with these complex issues.
- Virtual coaching – A certified dementia coach will provide support and education to help you manage the challenges of care for a person living with dementia can bring.
- Self-help library - Short, topic-specific videos are a far more effective and engaging way to learn. Their library addresses many of the most common problems faced by people providing care to those living with dementia.
