ABOUT GO365
Go365® is an employee wellness program powered by Humana with a dream to help people achieve lifelong well-being. They are focusing their time, effort, and energy to improve the health of the communities they serve.
This is what differentiates the Go365 program from others:
- Rooted in behavioral economics to understand what influences member engagement.
- Personalization and risk stratification to determine how to use rewards and incentives to evaluate risk factors and to find a way to avoid costs associated with poor health.
- Investment and understanding of the book of business so they can track their participation data and provide you value on investment.
- Dedicated Client Engagement Professionals to help ensure that you have a winning, successful culture at work.
ATTRACTING AND RETAINING GENERATIONS Y AND Z
Millennials, also called Generation Y, along with and Generation Z, will soon become the majority population in most workforces. They care about health and well-being—especially now with the ongoing health crisis.
Go365 assists in attracting and retaining them with the following benefits:
- Flexibility—focus on work done instead of hours worked.
- Recognition and rewards—employees need to feel heard and valued.
- Team engagement—team-based goals and friendly competition enhance collaborations.
- Elevate company culture and corporate social responsibility.
GO365 NATIONAL STEP CHALLENGE
The National Step Challenge (NSC) is combining friendly competition with corporate social responsibility. It creates a purposeful experience for Go365 members while providing a healthier bottom line for Go365 customers.
What happens in the NSC?
Every year, Go365 customers organize teams to start or regain healthy habits and give back to the community as part of a national challenge.
- Go365 members earn Points for their verified steps.
- A total of one million meals are donated to Feeding America™️, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization.
- Depending on a team’s placement, meals are donated in the name of each winning team in sums of either 30,000, 15,000, or 5,000 meals. In the 2020 NSC, sixty teams received donations in their local community where they are headquartered.
