Our comprehensive suite of employee support solutions, in addition to EAP, encompass: workplace learning solutions, traumatic event support, specialized counseling services, total health solutions, and more. These additional innovative services were developed in response to our organizational clients’ and their employees’ specific needs.

Morneau Shepell has extensive experience providing EAP services to organizations across North America, and we are able to customize our programs and services to be uniquely responsive to the CLIENT’s environment. We recognize that a successful EAP must address a comprehensive range of issues – from providing information resources through to substance abuse programs through to high quality counseling for marital/family issues, and all points in between.

We have invested significantly in our ability to deliver US support through the recent acquisition of Bensinger, DuPont & Associates (BDA), a US leader in employee and family assistance programs, problem gambling services, and drug testing management. Furthermore, a cornerstone of our business approach is incorporating these services with absence management and disability management programs to improve individual health and productivity. This acquisition is aligned with Morneau Shepell’s growth strategy and supports our commitment to expand our EAP service excellence.

Our goal is to enable high level of awareness, access and engagement in our employee support solutions for our clients; and we recognize that technology plays an increasingly important role in achieving this goal. Organizationally, we invest 10% of our annual revenues back into technology, research and development.
