Bambee is a Los Angeles-based HR outsourcing company founded in 2016 by Allan Jones. It gives small and mid-sized businesses access to a dedicated HR manager, business manager, and HR coordinator, combined with software for policy creation, employee performance documentation, compliance tracking, and HR guidance. Bambee later expanded into guided payroll and hiring support, aiming to serve as a full outsourced HR department for companies too small to justify an internal HR hire. The company reports serving over 10,000 businesses across all 50 states and has raised funding from investors including QED Investors, Alpha Edison, Mucker Capital, and SoftBank Group.
