We also focus on both state and federal employment law compliance and devote much of our HR practice to building infrastructures and handling day-to-day employee relations matters for our clients.Industrial concentrations fall to banking, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, profit and nonprofit organizations. Our consultants function as virtual HR professionals on and off-site in union-organized and non-union facilities.
