Costco Health Solutions

Costco Health Solutions is the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) division created by Costco Wholesale, launched in January 2013 to serve self-funded employers with 50 or more employees, as well as unions, health plans, and municipalities. Distinct from Costco's retail pharmacies, it offers formulary management, drug utilization review, online interactive reporting, claims processing, mail order and specialty pharmacy services. Members can fill prescriptions at Costco's in-store pharmacies or through a network of roughly 64,000 independent pharmacies nationwide.
