Founded in 1990 in Zeeland, Michigan by Steve Hiligan and Steve Renz, Creative Dining Services is a hospitality management company delivering customized, from-scratch dining programs for colleges and universities, corporate campuses, senior living communities, healthcare organizations, K-12 schools, and conference centers. The company operates as an embedded partner within client organizations across more than 80 locations in 16 states. Its proprietary FARMSTEAD program sources ingredients from a network of over 70 family farms. The company expanded through acquisitions of Premiere Food Service (2017) and Pedestal Foods (2023).
