Crunchr is a people analytics and HR reporting platform founded in 2014 by Dirk Jonker in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The SaaS solution provides self-service people analytics, HR dashboards, and strategic workforce planning tools for mid-market and enterprise organizations, with hundreds of out-of-the-box metrics covering recruitment, retention, diversity & inclusion, performance, rewards, and succession. Crunchr uses AI and machine learning for predictive analytics. The company is backed by strategic investors Randstad and Nationale-Nederlanden, and secured Series B investment from Oxx in 2022 to expand internationally, including opening a US office in Boston.
