Culinary Services Group

Culinary Services Group (CSG) is a foodservice management company founded in 2008 by Rich Valway and John Ramey, headquartered in Westminster, Maryland. CSG specializes in contract dining services for healthcare-focused settings, including senior living communities, hospitals, and behavioral health facilities. Since launching with clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, CSG has expanded to operate in 12 states with over 600 team members. In 2018 the company launched a separate business-dining brand, Top Nosh, to serve the corporate dining market.
