It sells coffee, tea and related products under brands that include Farmer Brothers, Boyd's, Sum>One, West Coast Coffee, Cain's and China Mist, and it supplies customers such as restaurants, hotels, offices and convenience stores through a direct store delivery network. The company helps customers set up custom beverage programs, and its Revive Services unit provides maintenance and repair of coffee brewing equipment. In May 2026 the company announced that a take-private transaction with Royal Cup had closed.
