Retirement Services has two divisions - Investment Advisory and Plan Administration. Investment Advisory provides fiduciary investment support, employee communication, plan benchmarking, vendor searches and a dedicated single-point-of-contact for all plans. We mirror the role of the benefits advisor, but for retirement plans. Plan Administration provides plan documents plan design support, annual testing and Form 5500 preparation & filing. We serve as your traditional TPA for 401(k), 403(b), profit sharing and cash balance plans. Our target market is plans with $1M - $25M, although we do larger plans, as well as start-ups. We also offer a Pooled Employer Plan, allowing companies with 100+ participants to avoid the annual audit, saving those employers $15K-$25K and lots of headaches.
