KPA is a Colorado-based provider of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and workforce compliance software and services, serving over 15,000 clients (primarily SMEs with 100-1,000 employees). Its platform (formerly branded KPA Flex) combines software with training content and on-site expert services, covering incident management, audit/inspection tracking, training management, document control, and compliance reporting. In January 2026, KPA separated its automotive dealership compliance business from its industrial safety software operations, spinning off the EHS software as an independent company under the name Novara.
