Landit is a personalized career-pathing and coaching platform founded in 2014 in New York by Lisa Skeete Tatum. The platform provides a 'one size fits one' approach giving each employee a tailored playbook of tools, resources, and human connections to advance their career, aimed at increasing success and engagement of women and diverse groups. Landit raised a $13M Series A round (Feb 2019) led by WeWork, with roughly $24.9M raised in total. Clients include Pfizer, MetLife, ADP, TIAA, and ServiceNow.
