Leap is a home-first specialty infusion benefit for self-funded employers. We combine transparent pass-through drug pricing, dedicated clinical navigation through Care Guides, and a national network of in-home infusion nurses and independent infusion centers. Leap is not a carve-out — we sit alongside the existing health plan as a custom in-network provider, and members choose whether to use Leap or stay with their current site of care.
