MiSalud Health makes healthcare accessible to the Latino and blue-collar workforces most benefits solutions overlook. We work with employers in agriculture, food processing, construction, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics and similar industries where Spanish-language and hourly employees face persistent barriers to care: language, cultural dynamics, access, and documentation status.
As employers in these industries explore alternative benefits structures — including ICHRAs and self-pay or direct-pay models — MiSalud is designed to fit. Our PEPM or case rate pricing options work alongside or independent of traditional group health plans, giving brokers flexibility as clients reconsider how they fund and structure benefits.
Our model is built around trust. MiSalud shows up on-site, in Spanish, before asking employees to engage virtually in telehealth. We provide daily and preventive care, nutrition coaching, chronic condition management and mental health support.
Our Health Coaches are physicians and psychologists licensed in Mexico, collaborating with U.S.-licensed physicians when prescriptions or higher-acuity care is needed. They speak native Spanish and some speak indigenous languages. All are bilingual in English. 90% of consults are handled by our Health Coaches, keeping costs appropriate to acuity.
Once HR approves a calendar and shares a census, MiSalud manages all engagement logistics.
