Our model is built around trust. MiSalud shows up on-site, in Spanish, before asking employees to engage virtually in telehealth. We provide screenings, preventive care, nutrition coaching, chronic condition management and mental health support.
Our Health Coaches are physicians and psychologists licensed in Mexico, collaborating with U.S.-licensed physicians when prescriptions or higher-acuity care is needed. They speak English, native Spanish, and some speak indigenous languages. 90% of consults are handled by our Health Coaches, keeping costs appropriate to acuity.
Once HR approves a calendar and shares a census, MiSalud manages all engagement logistics.
