NOTES/UPDATES SECTION
1. Located at the top of your homepage, this feature compiles a running listof all of the notes your team has entered about the various vendors, as well as any important vendor updates (Shortlister Admin notes). Here’s what it looks like:
2. You can click on “View More” to see all of the notes in the system for each vendor:
3. You can also click on a vendor name and go straight to their profile. Once there, you can click on “Notes” and view all of the notes posted by your team for this vendor:
4. You can also add notes for your team and include an emotion with it:
5. Attach any documents you think are relevant with your note by clicking on “Attach File”. Any notes you include in this section will be posted to all of your team members’ home page notes/updates section.
UPDATED FEEDBACK BOX
1. We also made some updates to the feedback box you see when you close out a search or remove a vendor from an active search. You are now able to include an emotion for each vendor when sending a note with a reason why the vendor was not selected. In addition to a note being sent out to the vendor, by selecting an emotion your note will also be saved for your team to view in the vendor profile page. If you do not select an emotion, your note will only be sent to the vendor (just like in the past) and not saved in your notes section in the vendor profile. Here’s what it looks like:

1. The final update we made has to do with vendors participating in your searches. Prior to the update, there were 3 status updates that you were able to see once you clicked into a search (No Reply, Declines Bid, and Intends to Bid):
2. With the new update, you are now able to see when the vendor has “Viewed” the opportunity. What this means is that a vendor logged into the system, opened the opportunity and viewed the information, but did not select their intent to bid. Here’s an example of what that looks like:
