Back in the early 2010s, Dave Fried and Danny Kline struck up a partnership. Dave was leading TricoreHCM, one of the mid-Atlantic’s most-recognized human capital management firms. Danny was running Payday Payroll out of Virginia Beach, VA. It didn’t take long for the successful business relationship to turn into a life-long friendship.

Dave and Danny’s vision, ethics, and respective businesses seamlessly aligned, driving mutual growth and resounding client success.

The natural next step was clear: a merger.

In early 2020, the two brands united under the Payday name to offer a comprehensive suite of services to their clients.

Today, under Danny and Dave’s stewardship, the company is focused on the future, attracting outstanding talent, thoughtfully growing the firm, and developing new strategies and product offerings for tomorrow’s modern businesses.
