Archie Payne is the Co-Founder and President of CalTek Staffing, a premier engineering and IT recruitment firm he helped establish in 2002. With over two decades of experience in technical staffing, Archie has been instrumental in expanding CalTek’s operations from its San Diego headquarters to multiple states nationwide. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a B.A. in Speech Communication, he began his career in 1999, focusing on recruiting highly specialized technical personnel. Beyond his executive role, Archie is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of recruiters and fostering strong business relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, mountain biking, and camping with his wife and two daughters in San Diego.
