Vikas Keshri is the clinical director of Bloom Clinical Care Counselling and Therapy. He has over 25 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist and social worker.
His therapeutic approach include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, and he has a demonstrated history of supporting people experiencing severe mental health challenges, but also those experiencing lack of self esteem and self confidence.
Besides his clinical background, Vikas has academic experience as an instructor at CITI College. He has also contributed internationally, including work with the United Nations on social challenges such as water and sanitation, and has received a vast range of certifications for his expertise.
