We are one of the only - if not the only - PBM to deploy a "billed-as-contracted" pass-through model. Most PBMs that claim to be pass-through use a "billed-as-paid" model. This means that they pass-through what they pay pharmacies, but they may pay pharmacies more for some clients and less for others, to optimize their cross-client spread. SmithRx does not play such games - with us, the drug price is the same price across all clients.
