4. Inform the platform’s matching algorithm, improving your results. Your client’s priorities, as identified in the intake survey, are compared against how vendors are actually being rated in those categories. By providing feedback on how vendors are performing in different areas (ex: account support or data management), the system will utilize this objective feedback to identify the right sub-set of vendors, based on the factors your client finds most important in a vendor partner.
Utilizing Shortlister to track vendor ratings/reviews allows you to visualize your unique experiences and effectively utilize those insights to advise clients or prospects. This data will also inform you and your colleagues when running future RFPs or conducting vendor research.
Remember: Utilizing Shortlister doesn’t change the vendors you work with or the reps you interact with, but it does allow you to log positive & negative experiences with vendors and share those experiences privately amongst your team.
1. As part of the onboarding process when you first joined Shortlister, we asked you to complete the HR technology or Wellness & Well-being ratings and reviews template. Note, if you didn’t take this step during onboarding, or have business that was placed outside of the system, you may utilize these templates at any time. Submit your completed template to support@myshortlister.com and we will upload it to your account.
2. Closing business through Shortlister will automatically trigger a five-question quality survey to be sent to you at 6, 18 and 30 months after the vendor’s contract start date with your client. You can also opt to have the survey sent to your client to collect their feedback (this is optional and not required). Responses to this survey will be privately populated in Shortlister for your review.
3. Finalist Scoring is a great way for you to streamline the collection of feedback during vendor demos & finalist meetings. This feedback will be populated into the vendor’s profile as it is collected.
