The policies set in motion were designed to assist minorities who were underrepresented in areas such as employment, education, and business.Shortly after, Ted Stephens, our founder, set out with a vision to assist businesses in accomplishing President Johnson’s goals.Today, we have created hundreds of Affirmative Action Plans, for scores of clients across the United States.
