Cancer Support Team (CST) + Expert Advisory Review (EAR) is a service that provides 12-hour-per-day telephonic access to an oncology nurse who can help members and caregivers with questions, guidance, and advocacy support throughout the member’s cancer journey. The EAR is a second opinion provided by NCI-level experts. AccessHope will work with the treating oncologist by offering recommendations that help lead to clinical and humanistic improvements in care.
Onsite Expert Consultation (OEC) offers a comprehensive, on-site evaluation at one of our network NCI partners. AccessHope coordinates this concierge, white-glove experience that includes a full day of coordinated appointments with oncologists and medical professionals with sub-specialized expertise in the patient’s specific cancer.
