Aradigm administers a specialty cell and gene therapy carve-out program for self-insured employers and health plans. The program separates CGT benefits from the traditional medical plan and covers them through a pooled risk structure.

The platform includes a curated formulary covering FDA-approved cell and gene therapies for conditions such as Sickle Cell Disease, Hemophilia, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and blood cancers. All covered therapies are delivered through a disease-specific national preferred provider network contracted for quality and cost efficiency.

End-to-end services include clinical eligibility review, claims administration, innovative manufacturer agreements including outcomes-based contracts, and concierge member navigation providing 1:1 patient and family support including travel and lodging coordination. Aradigm's data platform tracks patients longitudinally across the full treatment journey (including through changes in employer or insurer) enabling durable outcomes measurement for outcomes-based agreements.

Aradigm's cost-plus model charges a fixed PMPM with all unit cost savings and unused pool funds returned to customers. PMPMs are re-underwritten annually and risk-adjusted per customer, enabling coverage without lasering individual members.
