BodyGuide was founded by Matthew Green, after 10 years in private practice working directly with patients. The goal was to build an app that empowers people to self-solve pain, and maintain their physical health.
With a multi-modality advisory team (Physical Therapy, Osteopathy, Occupational therapists), we created 100+ education, exercise and self massage tutorials. Our goal was to create content so engaging that people would enjoy doing their exercises, while feeling confident in their technique.
At BodyGuide, we believe the key to physical health is education. We're on a mission to help people understand their bodies in a way that not only addresses physical pain, but lays the foundations of a healthy life well into the sunset years.
