Diversity Builder, Inc. is a Nashville, TN-based DEI training and consulting firm founded in 2003. It began as an LGBTQIA+-friendly business and physician referral directory before launching a training division. Diversity Builder was the first diversity training company certified by the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) as an LGBTBE. The company provides onsite workshops, live webinars, on-demand online courses, and one-on-one employee/executive coaching covering unconscious bias, harassment prevention, cultural competence, racial equity, and leadership development, serving 500+ organizations nationwide.
