Its predecessor, Franklin Quest, was founded in 1983; the current company formed via a 1997 merger with Covey Leadership Center (founded by Stephen Covey). The company delivers training content, coaching, and assessment tools on leadership, execution, trust, and productivity to organizations worldwide, through in-person workshops, live-online sessions, and its 'All Access Pass' subscription platform, serving corporate, government, and education clients across six continents.
