Genos North America

Genos North America is the North American arm of Genos International, formed in 2002 out of Swinburne University research to bring the first Australian model and measure of emotional intelligence to market. The company delivers Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessments, a certification course for practitioners, and development programs used by organizations of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises such as IBM and Sanofi-Aventis, to build workplace EI skills.
