Gentle Care Navigator is a nurse-led corporate eldercare benefit built for the one in five employees quietly managing care for an aging parent — often at the peak of their careers, often without real support from their benefits stack. Founded in 2019 by Emma Soy, RN, BSN, MA, a registered nurse with over 35 years of clinical experience specializing in Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and stroke recovery, GCN was designed to fill a gap no existing benefit was built to close.
