Modern Health is a global platform, built on evidence-based principles, simplifying how employers provide mental health benefits. At Modern Health, we use a Stepped Care approach to ensure employees receive the right level of support at the right time, triaging to the most sustainable and highest quality care. Modern Health offers both app and web based applications with the goal of effectively treating mental health concerns for those who are experiencing distress, and to prevent the development of more significant mental health concerns for t ...hose not clinically distressed. To begin, employees complete a well-being assessment and a care recommendation based on their level of distress, preferred modality of care (1-on-1 care, group care, self-guided digital programs), and preferred areas of focus (across five pillars of well-being: physical, emotional, professional, financial, and social). We offer tailored care plans accordingly, through a combination of modalities. Within the platform, employees can access meditations and self-guided digital exercises and courses, browse group sessions, and browse / match with mental well-being providers, schedule visits, chat with providers, and complete video sessions. Employees are regularly prompted to check in on their well-being, and are transitioned between levels of care (coaching vs. therapy) as needs change
