Founded in 2009, Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is corporately based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Over the years, strategic acquisitions have resulted in offices in the New York area as well as regional offices in Ohio and Wisconsin, allowing us to service our national clients even better.
