We support pre-tax payroll deductions and employer-paid subsidies, and issue either agency passes (digital/physical where available) or the Jawnt Visa® debit card for eligible transit and parking purchases. Our team builds employer-specific enrollment pages, provides launch communications, and delivers U.S.-based support. HRIS/payroll integrations are file-based via secure SFTP with optional PGP, followed by structured testing and weekly reconciliation after launch. Administrators get policy controls by location or cost center and real-time reporting on adoption, spend, savings, subsidy utilization, and reconciliation outcomes.
