Monument helps members change their relationship with alcohol through therapy, medication, and community-based peer support. We believe that changing your relationship with alcohol is an attainable goal that can be celebrated by all. We connect people to evidence-based care entirely online with industry-leading affordability. The combination of pharmacology, psychotherapy, and peer support is widely acknowledged by substance use disorder experts as the gold standard in the treatment of AUD, and is therefore the clinical basis of Monument’s tr ...eatment program.

We connect members to therapists specialized in treating substance use disorders who are trained in cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing, which have been proven to have a positive impact on alcohol reduction. We also connect our members to physicians who are trained in prescribing FDA-approved medication to help people stop drinking or cut back. Finally, we provide free community support via a 24/7 anonymous forum, and free therapist-moderated support groups. We host 60+ free groups per week, and members can join as anonymously as they'd like.
