Sinoun Chea is the Founder and CEO of ShiftWeb, a digital marketing and web design agency based in Atlanta. Since starting ShiftWeb in 2011, she has focused on empowering small business owners—especially women of color—to thrive online through SEO, custom web design, and tailored marketing strategies. As a first-generation Cambodian-American and sociology-trained, self-taught tech entrepreneur, Sinoun combines deep empathy, technical savvy, and a mission-driven approach to help clients live more fulfilled lives through better digital presence.
