Sleep Reset is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) based mobile app sleep coaching program. The program is based on CBT-I techniques, including Sleep Restriction, Stimulus Control, Cognitive Restructuring, Relaxation Training and Sleep Hygiene, and patients are paired with in-house sleep coaches to help guide them.
