The Employer Group (TEG)

The Employer Group is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), which means we partner with small to medium-sized businesses to provide employee benefits, payroll, tax reporting, regulatory compliance, and human resource consulting. In other words, The Employer Group co-employs the employees at client worksites, sharing responsibility and liability for employee management. The client is responsible for on-site management, while The Employer Group (as PEO), the employer of record, is responsible for most human resource activities. We handle the administrative complexities of employment, so our clients are able to focus on growing their organizations instead of getting bogged down in paperwork.
