Every employee has a points wallet tracking balance and transaction history: points earned from challenges, habits, milestones, and recognition all flow into one place. Redemption happens through the ADR marketplace (10,000+ gift cards, merch, experiences) or via Lifestyle Spending Accounts, where a submitted claim gets approved and paid out through Stripe Connect ACH.

Point economics are configurable per employer: default conversion is 100 points = $1, but employers can set their own ratio, cap earn/redeem amounts, and structure tiered rewards (e.g., $25 at one tier, $50 at the next). Admins can also run campaigns: raffles, milestone bonuses & stacked seasonal challenge rewards
