WorkLife Partnership is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to supporting employees so they can succeed at work. WorkLife believes businesses benefit when employees are able to quickly access resources to address challenges that threaten job stability. By helping employees overcome day-to-day disruptions and emergencies we enable reduced absenteeism and improved retention.
Our core service, Resource Navigation, offered alongside other employee benefits and wellbeing programs, provides highly personalized support that helps employees overcome any/all barriers to home and work stability. Services are provided by Resource Navigators who spend time with each individual they assist and offer fully customized and vetted solutions typically curated from existing benefits, community resources and public programs.
Challenges we assist with include: impending eviction, utility payment assistance, landlord negotiations, coaching through a workplace conflict, overcoming a financial emergency, finding child- or eldercare, car repairs, retirement planning, debt repayment, household budgeting, prepping for a new baby, emergency shelter, food insecurity, and health benefits navigation. Partnership with BetterHelp enables us to offer up to 4 free counseling sessions to employees without access to mental health care.
The majority of WorkLife employer partners have high percentages of low income employees who disproportionately struggle to overcome unexpected expenses and emergencies.
