An Employer clinic provides primary and acute care services to employees through onsite or near-site access to a dedicated advanced practice clinician. Scope of service: Clinic services are offered to patients age 2 and older. Services include: Acute care-diagnosis and treatment of acute common health concerns-cough, sore throat, headache and minor rashes. Chronic condition management-heath concerns such as diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. Collaboration with the individuals' PCP. Immunizations and screenings- immunizations include, but not limited to tetanus, shingles, meningitis. TB screenings. Customized marketing.
Quarterly reporting (appointment fill rates, top diagnosis, time stamp studies)
