Agile Health is a mobile health engagement and behavior change company. We leverage text messaging in combination with other digital content and modalities to deliver evidence-based, longitudinal coaching programs: daily conversations designed to educate, motivate and develop the daily skills and habits necessary to achieve sustained behavior change. To-date we have commercialized sixteen proprietary health behavior interventions designed to cost-efficiently help participants improve their health, manage their chronic conditions and recover from a stay in the hospital. Our programs are explicitly designed to change behaviors. Each program carefully applies a set of proven and broadly accepted methods and techniques to help participants modify, acquire and sustain the behaviors that are referenced in guidelines as foundational to the stated health objectives and targeted outcomes associated with the program. We use evidence-based information about the targeted behaviors and motivational strategies to tap into user’s intrinsic desire to do and feel better. We set achievable goals to create success experiences and build confidence as a result.
