Be Relaxed Corporate Housing

Be Relaxed Corporate Housing, LLC places individuals, families, and employees into fully furnished, move-in-ready apartments across Charlotte, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and throughout the Carolinas and parts of Georgia. Most placements happen within 24-48 hours, with utilities already connected and a single monthly bill. The company serves corporate relocation, insurance-related temporary housing, families between home closings, and extended work assignments. Founded by Patrick Smith, it emphasizes hands-on, responsive service over call-center support.
