Buddy Punch

Buddy Punch is a workforce management platform built for small and mid-sized businesses with hourly workers. Founded in 2013 by Eric Czerwonka and Nick Murphy, the company built a web-based app to simplify and automate time tracking without hardware. The platform has since expanded to include employee scheduling, PTO tracking, GPS and geofencing, facial recognition, job costing, and payroll-ready reporting. Buddy Punch has remained bootstrapped, growing to serve over 10,000 businesses.
