Conexión, Inc. is a Boston-based nonprofit promoting leadership development and networking within the Hispanic/Latino professional community. Its core offering is a 10-month executive mentoring and leadership program pairing mid-career and early-career Latino professionals with senior executive mentors, plus DE&I/organizational consulting for corporate partners. Founded circa 2005 by CEO Phyllis Barajas, it has worked with 72+ partner organizations including Liberty Mutual, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Dana-Farber, Merck, MIT, and TJX, with 600+ mentees across 26 states and Puerto Rico.
