As a part of UPMC, an integrated health care delivery and finance system based in Pittsburgh, Workpartners has grown steadily over 20 years. We offer solutions covering four essentials of human capital management—analytics, advocacy, absence, and technology. The products and services in each category can stand alone or work together to lower costs and optimize business performance.
Our parent company, UPMC, searched for a vendor in 2003 to meet the needs of its then 34,000-employee workforce. Unable to find a solution with adequate employee self-service, we developed our own solution. The success of that endeavor led to the creation of the eBenefits platform in 2005, now used for the 89,000+ employees of UPMC. In addition to managing core and voluntary benefits, We provides a robust communication platform, supports payroll deductions, reporting, and other vital programs. With the eBenefits platform, employees have access to their benefits anytime, anywhere, and on virtually any device.
