(ERS) is a Chicago based EAP with over 23 years of experience providing support and assistance to organizations, the people who work for them and the families sustained by them. Gary Cohen and Bill Heffernan founded ERS on the principle that every individual seeking help deserves the best available care, provided by knowledgeable and experienced clinical professionals. No issue is too small; no need is too great for our EAP counselors to handle in a caring, respectful and capable manner.


By offering integrated EAP, Work-Life and Wellness services, our goal is to help individual employees and their family members successfully respond to the demands and pressures of modern life.
