In this pathway, your health plan or TPA identifies employees who are eligible for screening. Exact Sciences then mails a Cologuard test directly to each employee’s home and provides coordinated outreach and support to encourage screening—helping drive measurable improvements in screening rates across your population.
Pathway 2: Employee Self-Initiated screening | <1,000 employees
Designed specifically for employers with fewer than 1,000 employees, this pathway enables individuals to initiate their own screening through CIO. With minimal employer administration and a streamlined experience, employees can take action on preventive care while employers offer meaningful support
