Extend Fertility

Extend Fertility was the first U.S. service dedicated exclusively to women proactively freezing their eggs, co-founded by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Joshua Klein. It offered egg freezing at prices roughly 20-40% below the national average and became the largest single-practice egg freezing clinic in the country by 2017. In 2019 it expanded to include embryo freezing and full IVF/infertility treatment, operating a proprietary embryology lab in Manhattan. The company has completed 2,500+ egg freezing cycles and frozen 27,000+ eggs to date.
