• Bright Horizons Elder Care is a comprehensive support program designed to assist employees managing senior care responsibilities. It combines a secure care coordination platform with personalized guidance from expert Care Coaches. Through unlimited access to their Care Coach, employees can get guided help on a range of caregiving tasks, including on-site needs assessments and legal and financial referrals.

• Bright Horizons Back-Up Care helps employees source in-home and center-based adult/senior care for their loved ones, for last-minute or known gaps in care. Providers are part of our owned and managed network, with the highest quality standards and industry-leading risk management.

• Bright Horizons Enhanced Family Supports provides employees with free provider search tools as well as an employee-paid coaching program for navigating complex caregiving needs.
